More than 85% of all National Parts Inventory is less than 6 month old
The National Average during the last 3 months shows that 85% of all Dealer Parts Inventory is aged less than 6 months. On average, 7% of all Dealer Parts Inventory is aged between 7 – 12 months, 4% is aged 13 – 24 months and 4% is aged more than 25 months.

If we analyse the National Average of all Dealer Parts Inventory during the last 3 months by make;
0-6 Months Age Category – On average, 90% of all Ford Dealer Parts Inventory is aged less than 6 months, compared to Toyota 81%, Mazda 78% and Hyundai 70%. (Click graph to enlarge)

7-12 Months Age Category – On average, less than 5% of all Ford Dealer Parts Inventory is aged 7-12 months. Toyota’s 7–12 month old inventory has reduced by less than 1% during the 3 months remaining at 8%, Mazda has reduced its 7–12 month old inventory slightly but still averaged 8%, whilst Hyundai’s 7–12 month old inventory has increased from 8% to 10%.

13 - 24 Months Age Category – On average, 3% of all Ford Dealer Parts Inventory is aged 13-24 months, compared to Toyota’s 6%. Mazda has reduced its 13-24 month old inventory from 6% to 5% during the last 3 months, whilst Hyundai has been steady at 8%.
